I was really amazed when I saw these pics. Now this library has become the place where is seriously want to go at least once. A few days back I had this crazy idea. Why not to upload more and more stuff about pakistan as I know that there is not enough and precise information about Pakistan on net. We have a great history here and many places which holds great stories behind them. So why not to share that stuff.


Recently I went to Sikh Gurdwara(Temple) in Hasanabdal. It was an amazing place. Initially they didn't let us in because people from any other religion except for Hindu and Sikhs are not allowed there due to security thingy.... Then we had to apply our contacts to get in :):) But then again they didn't let us to have any pictures. So I have nothing to upload :(:( I hope I will get a chance to go in again.... fingers crossed..:p :)  

The Hidden Secret of Pakistan

On a visit to the new campus National University of Science and Technology (NUST) Pakistan, one high official of US Government claimed the "NUST H-12 is the hidden secret of Pakistan". So I thought why not to unearth it. Take a look!

Karachi- Mega city of our times

Though I never had been fond of many civil engineering creations, but the fly-overs of Karachi are something that definitely got me attracted.

The Frere Hall, completed  in 1865, is one of the most beautiful buildings in Karachi. Located near US Consulate and Sindh Club, this building's ground floor serves as the house of Liaquat Municipal Library.

Teen Talwar, translated as Three Swords, were built by Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto (Former Prime Minister of Pakistan) in Clifton Karachi. They represent the three principles presented to Pakistani Nation by Quaid-e-Azam; Unity, Faith, Discipline.

The Mohatta Palace was the last home for Mohtarma Fatima Jinnah, sister of our founder; Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah. This palace was initially built by some Hindu Landlord in 1927. After the partition of sub-continent, government of Pakistan took charge of this building and then the palace served as the working chamber for Foreign Office. When the Capital shifted from Karachi to Islamabad, this palace was the residence of Fatima Jinnah till her death in 1967. Unfortunately, no belongings of her are preserved here rather this place is used to arrange various commercial exhibitions.

Most attractive object that Karachi offers to the people of her country is Sea and beaches. Following images are of Sea View; most famous beach at Karachi.

Hawks Bay, Paradise Point and Neelam Point are other famous tourist resorts in Karachi.
